When are the dining times in the hotel?

Breakfast is offered daily from 7:30 - 10:00 am. Our afternoon snack is from 2:00 - 4:00 pm, and you can enjoy dinner between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.

When is the reception desk open?

Our reception team is available for you daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

When is the "Michl Stub’n" open?

Our "Michl Stub’n" is open daily from Thursday - Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 pm. 

Where is radio and Vespa museum located?

Our radio and Vespa museum is located in the connecting passage between the main building and the Residenz building. Awaiting you here are numerous radio and Vespa models from the early 20th century.

Do the prices include half-board?

Yes, our listed prices include our ¾ gourmet board. This includes a lavish breakfast buffet, our afternoon snack with various treats, and a menu of your choice in the evening. 

When are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible starting at 2:00 pm. If you should arrive earlier, we will do everything possible to ensure that your room is ready as soon as possible.
On your departure day, we ask that you check out of your room by 11:00 am. Based on availability, a late check-out for a fee is possible upon consultation with the reception team.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, many free parking spaces are available right outside our hotel. For a fee of € 6.00 per day, we will gladly reserve you a parking space in our garage.

Is there WiFi in the hotel?

Yes, free WLAN throughout the hotel is available to our guests. 

Where is the Condotta family from?

The Condotta family is originally from Jesolo, and they acquired Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten in December 2015. Since then, they have offered a magnificent mixture of Tyrolean hospitality and Italian charm. 

Is use of the wellness area free?

Yes, for our Vier Jahreszeiten guests, use of our indoor panoramic pool, our sauna facility, and our fitness room is free.

Are children allowed in the wellness area?

Of course, our little guests are allowed to use our indoor pool. Admission to the sauna facility is allowed only for those 16 and older. 

Can wellness treatments be booked on-site?

You are welcome to book your desired treatments on-site. However, we recommend that you get in touch with us prior to your arrival so that you are guaranteed your desired appointment date and time.

Can I reserve a certain room number?

If you prefer a certain room, you can share your request with us on your inquiry or when making your reservation. As long as the desired room is available during this time, we will gladly take your request into consideration. 

Is the hotel suited for people with handicaps?

Yes, we have a special room with the appropriate facilities. The entrance to the hotel and restaurant is barrier-free, and there are 2 elevators in the hotel.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

We welcome your four-legged friends (for a fee of € 20.00/not including food).

Is the hotel a part of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" (Four Seasons) hotel chain?

No, our hotel is a private, family-run hotel and is not related to the hotel chain of the same name. 

Where will you find the "four seasons" in the hotel?

Our hotel lives up to its name. The different floors are dedicated to a season. This means that the color scheme of the rooms correspond to a season. The furnishings and accessories in the rooms also reflect the various seasons. In addition, our cuisine varies constantly and offers seasonal specialties. 

Is there a difference between the Achensee Card and Achensee Erlebniscard?

All guests will receive the Achensee Card for free. This allows free use of the regional buses as well as the cross-country ski trails in winter. A variety of facilities on the Achensee can be used for a discounted price with the Achensee Card. The Achensee Erlebniscard is available for free and is valid from May to October.

  • Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens

The Achensee Erlebniscard can be purchased at the reception desk.

As a hotel guest, how do I get the green fee discount for the golf club?

With your guest card, which you will get from us, you will receive a 20% green fee discount at the Achensee Golf Club in Pertisau.

How far is it to the Achensee?

The Achensee is only ca. 5 minutes from the hotel.

How far away is the closest lift?

The Rofan cable car is only ca. 10 minutes from the hotel. The Karwendel lift and Hochalm lift in the Christlum ski area are also easily reachable by car or with the regional buses.
