According to th Austrian hotel contract regulations the following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 1 month before arrival free of charge.
• 30 days before arrival > 30 % cancellation fee
• In case of cancellation during 14 days prior to arrival > 70 % cancellation fee
• 7 days before arrival we charge the full price.

Cancellations can only be accepted in written. The deposit will be credited in the event of cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. You are welcome to redeem them for an alternative desired date within the next 3 years.

In case of early departure, we charge the room rate for the remaining nights. So - book with peace of mind and look forward to your well-deserved holiday!

For a guaranteed reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total price to be made by bank transfer or credit card (for this, we need your card number and the expiration date) within 10 days.

Price information

• The prices are per person / day incl. gourmet half-board and the Vier Jahreszeiten inclusive services plus a visitor's tax of € 3 per person (15 year old or older) / day
• We would like to point out that our rooms are non-smocking rooms. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
• We accept following paying methods: cash, debit, VISA and Mastercard - NO American Express

Children's prices

In the parents' double room or suite (with 2 full-paying adults)

• 0 to 2 years - free
• 3 to 9 years - € 55 per child
• 10 to 14 years - € 75 per child

Deductions and surcharges

• free baby crib
• Pet fee: € 20 per day (not including food, not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area) If your dog causes heavy soiling that exceeds normal cleaning requirements, we will charge an additional cleaning fee. 
• Garage Depandance (200 m fromt the Hotel): € 5 per day
• Visitor's tax: € 3 per person / day (from 15 years)

• Packages: The included treatment will be scheduled for you in advance. If you do not wish to take advantage of this or would like to plan for a specific day - please let us know. We ask for your understanding that the specified treatments cannot be changed.
• Christmas & New Year - a varied pampering programme awaits you such as Christmas gala dinner, New Year's Eve gala dinner, kitchen party and late riser breakfast on New Year's Day.
