A wonderful 114 km of classic trails and 103 km of skating trails will lead you into the sparkling winter wonderland. You can leisurely glide along trails around the crystal-clear Achensee, and challenging trails will take you into the side valleys of the Karwendel. In the process, you are moving almost all muscle groups and improving your vitality and health.

On the special practice trail in Pertisau, beginners have the opportunity to try out cross-country skis for the first time. Instructors from the 6 cross-country ski schools in the region will be happy to give you helpful tips and help you improve your technique.
Barrier-free & snow-covered trails
Barrier-free trails and almost 50 km of special trails for adaptive Nordic skiing lead through the glistening winter landscape in the sunshine. In addition, the region has its own dog-friendly trail on which your four-legged friend can accompany you while you ski.
With the 40 km of cross-country trails with snow machines in Maurach, Pertisau, and Achenkirch, nothing stands in the way of your skiing enjoyment even if Old Man Winter doesn't cooperate.
